Do residents pay their own utilities?
Yes, just as with any other home owner, all your utilities are billed by the
provider directly to you. Utilities in the community are provided by Sturgeon
Bay Utilities (electric/water/sewer), Wisconsin Public Service (gas), and ES Solid Waste
(trash).
